Signs of Fall

Yesterday I took the dogs for a walk in our neighborhood and took my camera along.  Within the last week the trees have gotten into full gear with color changes. Even though it was cloudy the colors were striking.

This picture and the next were taken this morning. The sun was out and really made the trees pop with color.

You have to admit that the fall of the year in any part of the country is the prettiest season God created. I also love the weather. Cooler temps are right up my ally. Hope you share some pictures of fall in your area with me.

Love the colors of your fall photos. Just this morning I was thinking out loud how extra beautiful the colors are this year.

I LOVE fall! I was late to the beauty of autumnal colors as I grew up in tropical New Orleans. The brightest we got to fall colors were the golden rain trees. Now that I live in NC I get so excited when the weather turns crisp and the trees light up the day!

It was a gorgeous walk you shared~

I've been pleasantly surprised how beautiful our fall colors have been. I was afraid after the super hot summer we wouldn't have colorful foliage. Thanks for sharing your pics!

Smiles,
Carol

Great photos! Nothing changes in the fall here in FL! Oh a few trees loose some leaves by Dec, or Jan, LOL

Beautiful foliage! Looks as if you have weeks yet to enjoy it, too.

You are tough to find, Christine...I've been trying to email behind the scenes to thank you for setting me straight. You are correct...it's Jupiter...the asteroid is NOT visible to the naked eye, though it could be seen with a telescope 6x magnification. Thank you for the correct information!

We're starting to peak with color this week. The good rain helped, but temps are unseasonably mild. I'm loving that!
