Not Fast Enough For Me

Patience is not one of my virtures. I just knew our screened-in deck would be finished by the end of this week. I think it was just wishful thinking on my part. We've had great weather, yet the carpenters only worked two days this week. They did get alot accomplished though. Ceiling is in, electrical work is completed, trim work is done and we have a screen door attached to the door frame.

Some guys showed up yesterday to measure for all the screens that will go into the spaces where the screened windows will be. Then hopefully those will go in next week and then the painters will come.  I know our contractor has a few more jobs he's working on at the same time that he's working on ours but I'm so anxious to have it finished. Maybe next week will be the week. Patience Christine, patience.
