One Hundred

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday with my husband. It was quiet and passed uneventfully. That's the way I like them now. We did go out to dinner at one of my favorite BBQ restaurants which I really enjoyed. I also received many happy birthdays on Facebook and phone calls from grandchildren which was nice. I can also count on my sister to send me a funny card. This year it was about milk and sausages. I'll leave it to your imagination to figure that out. One of my husband's sisters sent me a card this time last month wishing me a happy birthday. That's what happens when you get to be her age!  

I ate the whole thing!

One hundred is the number of posts that I have written as of today since I started blogging in July of this year. It is hard to imagine that I would have that much to blog about. A big thank you to my sister for getting me started and thank you to those who follow and leave me comments. That really means a lot to me. I count you as friends. So to celebrate, (my birthday and my 100th post), I am having a giveaway of one of the scarves that I have hand knitted like the one pictured below.
